Lynchburg man arrested after cannabis dispensary robbed – Lynchburg News and Advance

Lynchburg police have made an arrest after a reported burglary Monday night at RISE Cannabis Dispensary.

Edgar Ray Colinayo Bolling III, 38, of Lynchburg, was arrested Thursday by the Lynchburg Police Department and is currently being held at the Lynchburg Blue Ridge Regional Jail, according to LPD. Bolling is charged with breaking and entering, misdemeanor property damage, and two counts each of petit larceny and felony property damage. 

On Monday at 11:35 p.m., officers responded to 1110 Campbell Ave. in reference to a police alarm, LPD said. Upon arrival, officers found that the window to the front door had been broken out. Officers searched the interior, but no one was located inside, police said.

Security video showed a male wearing glasses, a red shirt and black pants throw a brick through the glass doors. According to LPD, he then entered the lobby area and took various items before leaving.
