TOLLAND — The town’s first — and most likely only — cannabis dispensary is set to open next month in a retail area that is teeming with new development.
Budr, already with current locations in West Hartford and Danbury, is expected to open April 17 at Fieldstone Commons in a portion of the former Mattress Firm location.

Tirella said that construction began in February, and they are currently retrofitting the interior.
