SWADE cannabis, a St. Louis-based medical marijuana dispensary, announced its partnership with Pride St. Louis. For over thirty years, Pride St. Louis, Inc. has been working to raise understanding and acceptance of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer (LGBTQ+) individuals in our community.
“We’re proud to establish an ongoing relationship with Pride St. Louis this year to help bring so many LGBTQ people together during a difficult time when many in our community are feeling especially isolated as we come out of this pandemic,” said Tom Muzzey, CEO of BeLeaf Medical. “At a time when our world faces a global pandemic, an international uprising against racial injustice, and economic uncertainty, this partnership will help us reach a large, diverse audience with a message of inclusivity and hope.”
“At our SWADE dispensaries, we will be donating $1 from every pre-pack we sell in the month of June, back to Pride St. Louis, says Jack Haddox, Director of Dispensary Operations. “In addition to money and awareness raised for the LGBTQ and other marginalized communities, we provide a safe, non-judgemental place to shop and work for our employees and customers. We make sure everyone feels like they can be themselves at work.
