Herman Cain is a Republican politician, business executive, and radio host known for running a campaign for the 2012 United States presidential nomination. Before he moved into politics, Cain graduated with a degree in mathematics from Morehouse College in 1967. Roughly a year after graduating, Cain moved to Indiana to pursue his Master’s at Purdue University, while working as a mathematician at the Department of the Navy.
